All Companies must be represented by a "person who can accept summons and mail on behalf of the Company" (Registered Agent). Please note that all clients may be subject to a service charge of $100.00 if a summons is served to cover costs of acceptance and delivery.

Note: All Annual Franchise Tax Reports must be filed electronically online with the State. We highly recommend you authorize us to file on your behalf. Should you file on your own, we will not be held responsible for any late payments, penalties, interest, credit card information theft or misfiling with the State. When applicable State of Delaware Annual Franchise Taxes and Annual Report filings are due on or before March 1st of every year and on or before June 1st for LLC, GP, LP, LLP. Any duplicate invoices paid by credit card will be refunded less the credit card admin fee.
